Privacy Notice (Personal Data Protection)

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we want to inform you how we process the personal data you send us through the request form on this website.

Data we process

Full name, phone number, email address (optional), travel date, group size, route and any notes you add; the IP address of the request is also kept briefly to prevent abuse.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to review your request, contact you, prepare a quote, and set up and carry out the contract for the tour, transfer or coach hire you ask for, on the legal bases of KVKK art. 5/2-c (directly related to setting up or performing a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Marketing messages are sent only if you separately agree to them on the form.

Transfers

Your data may be shared, as far as needed to provide the service, with partners such as hotels, transport companies and guides, and with authorised public bodies where the law requires. Our website and database run on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, so your data may be stored on servers outside Türkiye.

Retention

Request records are kept for the periods required by law and as long as needed for possible disputes, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn which third parties received it, object, and claim compensation. Send your request to info@geziraba.com.
